If you have a vision for your big day and have begun the planning process but need additional assistance, we're here to help! Our partial planning service is a collaborative approach to planning, and allows our couples to remain hands-on with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. Each partial planning package is cutomized to fit the needs of each couple.​ We'll begin working together 8-12 months prior to your date and provide:​

• An initial planning call

• Pre-wedding check in meetings 

• Customized wedding day timelines

• Attendance at two (2) site visits

• Assistance with budget management

• Assistance with vendor sourcing

• Floor plan design

• All services listed within the coordination package that meets the needs of your wedding

Coordination

BLISSFUL

Keeping things cozy? This package is the perfect fit for micro and intimate weddings. We'll begin working together 4 weeks prior to your date and provide:

• An initial planning call

• One (1) pre-wedding check in meeting

• A customized wedding day timeline

• One (1) hour of rehearsal coordination

• Up to eight (8) hours of day-of coordination

• Basic decor set up and break down

• Access to planning resources and checklists

• Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

JUBILANT 

The more the merrier! This package is the perfect fit for mid to large size weddings. We'll begin working together 6-8 weeks prior to your date and provide:

• An initial planning call

• Two (2) pre-wedding check in meetings 

• Customized wedding day timeline

• Attendance at one (1) site visit/walkthrough

• One (1) hour of rehearsal coordination

• Up to ten (10) hours of day-of coordination

• Basic decor set up and break down

• Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

• Access to personalized, online planning portal
